You will always find cleaner profile price  that match your desired price range.

Every customer is different and if it's the cleaner's first visit to your home, it's good to give them some guidance. Ideally, jot down a list of cleaning priorities for your cleaner (you can do it per room, or for your entire home). This will help them to focus on the areas that are important to you. When your cleaner arrives, give them a tour and highlight your priorities and any fragile surfaces or items. Don't forget to show the cleaner where to find your cleaning products and if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, make sure to let your cleaner know.

We strongly recommend that you are home for the first clean of your booking to show your cleaner around. Some customers choose to give a spare key to their cleaner, but this decision is based on individual preferences. Please remember that magica maids take no part in the key-handling process.

Not at all, our registered industrial cleaning companies will arrive at your site with fully equipped chemicals and machinery for your industrial cleaning work as well as power washing if is part of the scheduled work.

Our Commission rate is 35% regardless of registered company or an independent self-employed cleaning contractor

We do our best to help you find the right cleaner for your home. However, if for any reason you would like to change your cleaner, you can easily do so in your account and send a new request for another cleaner. It is important to let us know why you would like a replacement so we can find you the perfect match.

Yes, in the unlikely event of damage, you do not have to worry as you are protected from any serious harm. All cleaners are covered by liability insurance which covers all damages up to €5,000,000 with a deductible of €600. For damages below €250 or the first €250 of any larger damage, you can of course always directly reach out to the cleaner involved and align with him or her on the compensation that you may expect from them. You can find the cleaner's contact details in the confirmation email that you received prior to the cleaning. To ensure a smooth reimbursement process for insurance-relevant cases, contact our customer service.

Your personal information is safely stored and will only be used by magica maids itself. We will not relay your details to others. Only you, your cleaner, and Helpling will have access to it. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy on this site.

All payments are made by card through the website. We use a secure payment provider (Stripe), and we can never view your card details.

Unfortunately, paying by direct debit, invoice, PayPal, or cash is not possible.

You can register as a cleaning  company on our website or app; you must provide a company registration certificate regardless of which country you are situated in and upload it on our  platform to be verified, after which you can start accepting industrial cleaning work you do not need to buy or register by paying anything it is all for free and you only pay 10% commission on any work successful secured and completed.

You can choose which services you want to offer on industrial cleaning, what your hourly rate should be and where and when you want to work. 

After successful registration, customers will be able to send you booking requests and you can decide, which of them you would like to confirm and accept

How it works , download our app from your android or apple iPhone play store, or you can use a window pc desk top or laptop, then register on the Magica maids platform, you can choose which country, state, area, or city you wish to work in, during registration you will need to decide how much you wish to charge a client per hour and it will be display on your profile , we recommend you to go for the lowest amount possible per hour to attract more customers to your profile , this will help you to complete multiple jobs per day , remember you accept jobs according to your availability , do not accept jobs that you not available for as this may automatically suspend your profile from getting any further cleaning  jobs, once registered , admin will verify your documentations and approve your registration within 24 hours and once a client who needs cleaning in your area post a cleaning jobs, you will immediately receive a notification for that particular job, on your phone notification and email same time , keep an eye on your email , so once you notice a job post on your area you will immediately apply for this job post , and indicating your price per hour or total amount to do the cleaning in the case of once off cleaning ticket, it must be same amount you choose for your profile during registration process and immediately initiate communication channel via our platform with the customer looking for cleaning near your locality, while other cleaners in the same city or area like you will apply for the same job ticket, you will have the chance to renegotiate the best price, possible to win the job, we recommend you to offer your lowest price possible that you want to accept on the cleaning job ticket, having in mind that this can turn to weekly rotational work as well as ongoing cleaning work for you in that area, You are prohibited from arranging or doing any job with our client outside Magica Maids platform as this may attract a penalty fees and a suspension from the platform, when a client approach for cleaning privately please kindly ask the client to login and post the Job on the magica maids platform, so you can accept the job from there.

Cleaners will be paid for all cleaning work for the week between 48 hours and a week they complete all jobs, we aim to pay cleaners every Thursday of every week for all jobs completed within the week.

It is strictly prohibited to carry out jobs outside the platform; while is a huge security high risk doing any cleaning outside the platform, you may also be liable for a breach of contract and may be asked to pay a considerable penalty not exceeding 1500 euros per cleaning job completed outside the platform. so we advise cleaners registered on our platform and customers to adhere to the rules outlined in doing business with magica maids

Customers interested in doing business with magica maids will first of all register their interest on the platform and then register for a cleaning Job by selecting the appropriate category of their choice of cleaning after they finish registration on our platform, for example, residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services. so once the job is posted, a cleaner near you will accept the job and then complete the cleaning for you.

and you pay for the service on magica maids platform as soon as a cleaner accepts the work; Magica maids are your bridging institution between you and the cleaner as well as your assurance with the registered cleaning work. and once your work is completed after 48 hours, only then Magica maid process payment and pay the cleaner for the service.

It is strictly prohibited to do any cleaning transactions outside our platform with our registered cleaner , while it attract a serious penalty over 5000 euros, from the client who is paying for cleaning , it also exposes the clients to fraud by doing cleaning with our registered cleaner outside our platform.

It is greatly adviced that all parties registered with the platform should conduct all business with the platform as our system offers a chat platform for all parties for convinience , and we are your surity between you and the cleaner so if there is any dispute or damages of any kind we will be aware and know how to address the matter.

Booking process and cancellation policy

Bookings can be made on a weekly, fortnightly or one-off basis. There is no further commitment for any User beyond their initial booking.

If you request the services of a Service Provider, we will notify you by text message and/or email when a Service Provider has accepted your request and confirmed the booking.

If you decide to cancel a booking (whether for a one-off visit or on a recurring basis), you may do so via the Site or the App, subject in each case to the following conditions: (i) if a Service Provider has not yet confirmed the booking, you may cancel it without charge; (ii) if a Service Provider has confirmed the booking but has not yet carried out the services requested, you may cancel it without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the visit (and, if we have already taken payment of a job for such visit, we will offer you a full refund in respect of the relevant amount if you do not wish to rearrange the visit); and (iii) if you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the visit, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows.
⦁    if cancellation takes place between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the Service Provider’s visit, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total amount you have paid for the visit ahead (including the Service Provider charges and  magica maids service fees);
⦁    if cancellation takes place between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Service Provider’s visit, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount you have paid for the visit ahead (including the Service Provider charges and magica maids service fees); and
⦁    if cancellation takes place less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the Service Provider’s visit, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount you have paid for the visit ahead (including the Service Provider charges and magica maids service fees).
⦁    when booking through our Premium Agency , if cancellation takes place 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service providers visit, the cancellation fee will be of 100% of the total amount you have paid for the visit ahead.

Cancellations you make or attempt to make directly with the relevant Service Provider are not permitted and will not be accepted or valid.

If a booking is cancelled by the Service Provider or if the Service Provider fails to attend the agreed location to provide the services requested, you must notify us within 72 hours following the scheduled start time of the visit and, if still required, make another request for the relevant services to be provided by the Service
Provider (or another Service Provider) at another mutually agreeable time. If we have already taken payment of service for such visit and within 72 hours following the scheduled start time of the original visit, we will offer you a full refund in respect of the relevant amount if you do not wish to rearrange the visit.

First is free monthly subscription, that allows new cleaners to complete 10 Jobs on our platform without payment of subscription monthly regardless of how long, but will not exceed 10 Jobs per month.

Second is our   

All our subscription are tools that helps our registered cleaners to secure more and more cleaning jobs in there cities and how it works is very simple , we have 3 category of subscription.

First subscription is free monthly subscription, that allows new cleaners to complete 10 Jobs on our platform without payment of subscription monthly regardless of how long, but will not exceed 10 Jobs per month and system may request credit or debit card information which will not be charged because is free and 35 % commission deduction on all completed jobs apply.

Second subscription is our silver subscrition where you are allowed to complete 40 jobs per month  and you only pay 5 euros per month and 35 % commission deduction on all completed jobs apply.

Third  subscription is our unlimited gold subscription which allows the cleaner or cleaning company to accept unlimited jobs on our platform at any given time with no restriction whats so ever and you only pay 10 euros permonth and 35 % commission deduction on all completed jobs apply.
